From 2006 to 2014 Mr. Vito Cozzoli has been Chief of the Legal Council of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. In this field, his task was to direct the activities of juridical consultancy of the Chamber, representing and defending the parliamentary Institution.

As part of his responsibilities, he has been appointed as Italian Expert of G20 Task Force on Digital Economy (April 2016), member of the Investors’ Committee of Invitalia Ventures (since October 2015) and member of the Italian Ministerial Task Force for Smarter Cities (since September 2015).
He also contributed as an Expert to the Rapporteur of the European Economic and Social Committee in drafting a EESC’ own initiative opinion on “Smart Cities as a Driver of a new European Industrial Policy” (TEN/568).

Grazia Francescato is an environmental leader and journalist. She has served as President of WWF Italy, President of the Italian Greens and Spokesperson for the European Greens. She is also a former member of the Italian Parliament for the Green Party. Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literature at the Bocconi University, she collaborated with the most important magazins of the sector, such Airone, Natura Oggi, Oasis. Furthermore, she has been foreign correspondant of the ANSA, presenter of “GEO” (Rai 3) and special envoy in Africa and Latin America for “Il Viaggiatore”.
Experienced Senior Partner with a demonstrated history of working in large international transformation programs in the corporate Sector, Mr. Alessandro Grandinetti takes his steps in the fields of Corporate Transformation, Digital Strategy, Business and Control models improvement and redesign. Strong entrepreneurship, he graduated in Business/Managerial Economics at Università La Sapienza of Rome.
Stefano Scalera is currently Counsellor to the Minister of Economy and Finance for the attraction of investments. Among his responsibilities, Stefano is currently working on defining the policy for increasing public and private investment, the so-called “Juncker Plan”, the “Brexit” file and on the reform of the credit market (i.e. Finance for growth programme), the banking sector (fintech) and the securitization market.
Stefano is an alternate board member at the European Investment Bank, board member of Difesa Servizi S.p.A. and President of IDEA FIMIT SGR S.p.A, He is also a member of the Bureau of the Housing and Land Management Committee at the UNECE.
Author of various publications on the subject of financial markets, infrastructure and real estate, his research interest include Public debt, e-procurement and Europe Integration.

From 2015 Stefano is a Member of the Infrastructure Steering Committee at LUISS Business School and form 2016 LUISS Adjunct Professor.

Rob Vos, a national of the Netherlands, holds a PhD and an M.Sc. with honours in Economics from the Free University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is presently associated with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), responsible for economic analysis and policy support for sustainable agricultural development and food security. Since joining FAO in 2013, he has also served as director of social protection, rural employment and gender equality and as coordinator of FAO’s strategic programme for rural poverty reduction.
Prior to his appointment to FAO, Rob was the Director of Development Policy and Analysis in the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA), New York. In that capacity, he was responsible for the UN flagship publications “World Economic Situation and Prospects” and the “World Economic and Social Survey”. He also served as Secretary of the UN Committee for Development Policy and coordinated the Secretary-General’s Millennium Development Goals’ Gap Task Force as well as the UN Task Team for the Post-2015 UN Development Agenda.
Rob was also Professor of Finance and Development at the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University, where he still holds an endowed professorship.
In addition, Rob has extensive academic and advisory work experience covering a broad range of development issues, including trade policy, inequality and poverty; financing for development; poverty and social policy analysis; and macroeconomic and general equilibrium modelling for development policy.
He is Member of several Board of Directors in the field of information, education and communication such as newspaper "Formiche", Internazionale, Askanews, Fondazione G. Capriglione and Fondazione Bruno Visentini. He has experience in multiple roles, and comfortable with highly diversified contexts and challenges by virtue of the years he spent serving the Italian Army and enterprises such as Swiss Re and Bartolini with the role of Operative Responsible. He has been Vice Director General of the LUISS University (2007-2013).
